Thanks, I was aware of the first one - according to my consultant it's an extremely difficult technique, and the subject also needs to be the right 'type'. And not have an auto-immune disease...

Rheumatoid arthritis. My white cells eat my joints - they are probably aiming for the cancer, but get mixed up. Rather like the rest of me, in fact.
